It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Lee Billingslea of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, who passed away on October 17, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughter Debra Teams-Oliver; and her siblings, Dorothy Witherspoon, Mary Peay, Pearl Beale, Sandra Peay, Edward L., John Ray, Donald and Larry Peay. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
