He was predeceased by: his parent William A.; and his spouse Dorothy E. Pennoyer (Waer). He is survived by: his parent Adelaide Pennoyer (Bitter); and his children, Patricia Gibbs and William A. Pennoyer (Linda). He is also survived by four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
