We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2020, at the age of 64, Sharon L. Nielsen of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, born in District Heights, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Keister and Mildred Betty Lamberson; and her grandson Oliver. She is survived by: her husband Donald Nielsen; her children, Rhonda Edelen (Michael) of Faulkner, MD and James Nielsen (Jeree) of Lothian, MD; and her granddaughters, Samara Nielsen and Abby Edelen. She is also survived by her siblings, in-laws, numerous nieces and nephews, countless cousins and other family members.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that you donate to Hospice in Sharon's memory.
