He was loved and cherished by many people including: his adoptive parents, Ralph Stephens and Eula Louise Stephens; his wife Evelyn; his children, Dr. Sandra Stephens, Dr. Lenese Stephens, Ralph and Percy; and his stepchildren, Margaret Bush (David) and Pastor Lamar Hinson (Shannon). He was also cherished by his 11 grandchildren and a wide family of friends.
