We bid farewell to Kenneth Lee Howard of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 23, 2024 at the age of 79. Kenneth Lee touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde E. Howard, Sr. and Gladys E. Howard; his brother Clyde E. Howard (Junior); and his nephew William A. Howard. He is survived by: his wife April Joy-Howard; his children, Thor and Athena; his sister-in-law Marion Ethel Howard; his nieces, Elizabeth Howard and Dr. Patricia Chittams (Ralph); and his nephew Clyde E. Howard, 3rd.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Strickland Funeral Home (6500 Allentown Rd, Temple Hills, MD 20748). A memorial service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Instead of sending flowers, please tribute these funds in honor of Mr. Howard's fifty-five years of service in the educational industry to The University of the District of Columbia.
