She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Marshall Creasy and Viola Randolph Creasy; and her sister Minnie Ebo. She is survived by: her sons, Darren Jermaine Creasy and Melvin Lorenzo Creasy; her grandchildren, Zsah Smith, Zahreeia Venegas (Armando), Zechariah Smith, Dasani Creasy and Omari Cooper; her great grandchild Noah Venegas; and her siblings, Dolores Thomas, Doris Morton (James), Sharon Johnson, Janice Bradley, Joseph Creasy (Regina), David Creasy (Hazel) and William Albert Creasy. She is also survived by other loving relatives, friends.
