He was predeceased by: his father John Albert Pheobus Sr.; his sister Ione; his daughter-in-law Gail Pheobus of Frederick, MD; and his brother-in-law Ronnie. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Witmer of Frederick; his sons, Leonard (Teri), Gregory Pheobus, Randy Pheobus and Wesley Pheobus (Carol); his grandchildren, Tiffany, Ashley, Brittney, Brandi and Carley; his great grandchildren, James, Gailah and Oliver; and his siblings-in-law, Wayne of Mt Airey, Naudine of Mt Airey and David of Mt Airey.
