He was predeceased by: his parents, Wirt Lewis and Alice Lewis (Porter); and his grandson Connor Chai-Onn. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Lewis (Murray); his daughters, Katherine Chai-Onn and Heather Guhl; his sons-in-law, Ricardo Chai-Onn and Jon Guhl; his grandchildren, Kieran, Riley, Justin and Jocelyn; and his siblings, Jo-Ann Fiscina (Lewis), Steve Lewis, Jim Hurley and Dave Hurley.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Legion Veterans and Children's Fund or the American Heart Association.
