He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jeremiah Sr. Griffin and Jearline Griffin; his grandparents, Mavin, Flossie Griffin, Henry and Aliene Brooks; his former wife Leatrice Griffin; his wife Melvia; his sons, Arif and Dauda (Derrick); his stepdaughter Tanya (Darryl); his siblings, Gerald (Bonita), Larry (Jeanne), Virgil (Marisol), Darrall, Priscilla and Sandra; his goddaughter Shanitra Loche; and his friend Kenneth. He was also cherished by his children, siblings, friends.
