He is survived by: his parents, Pasavor Terrell (McLean) and John David Terrell; his spouse Lowellyn Terrell (Berbenzana); his children, James D. Terrell of Upper Marlboro, MD, Ashley N. Terrell of Upper Marlboro, MD and Barrington Terrell (Artina) of Hyattsville, MD; his grandchildren, Bri Terrell, Brice Terrell, Antonie Terrell and Omari Terrell Williams; and also Devoted.
