He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard McMillan, Mary Patterson McMillan and D. C.. He is survived by: his parents, Annie McMillan Langley and Frank Langley.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Rock Creek Cemetery (201 Allison St NW, Washington, DC 20011).
