She was predeceased by: her husbands, Eugene O'Neil, John Russell Henson and Harry Hugh Grey; her parents, Ary Goldberg (Dewalt) and Frank Goldberg; her stepson Eugene Patrick O'Neil III; and her siblings, Mildred Hicks, Frank Goldberg, Ida Nichols, John Goldberg, David Goldberg and Robert Goldberg.
She is survived by: her children, Ivy Catherine Young (Carl), Harry Eugene Grey (Sheila), Patricia Irene Mood (Les), Jacqueline Marie Heyne (Donald) and John Robert Henson (Sharon); her stepchildren, Mary Kathleen May, Timothy Sean O'Neil (Diane) and Jeffery Lewis O'Neil; and her siblings, Ethel Turner, Elizabeth Springirth (Betty), Harry Dewalt and Aaron Goldberg. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
