She was predeceased by: her parents, John Martin and Viola Martin; her husband Reverend William Allen Boston (Willie); her children, Carlene Jackson (Ceasar) and William A. Boston, Jr. (Flora); and her stepdaughters, Ellen Belton, Ester Reynolds and Marjorie Ernestine Allen.
She is survived by: her siblings, William (Cooper), Andrew, John, Jr., Jessie, George, Bennie, James, Bertha, Ola, Alice and Lee Jerry (Happy Jack); her daughters, Mary Johnson Kemp, Martha Coleman (Herb) and Patricia Flannigan; and her grandchildren, Antoni Boston (Natasha), Alecia Boston, Gene Coleman (Tilda), Michael Jackson (Chantel), Jacye Johnson, Geoffrey Coleman (Katherine) and Ila Flannigan. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
