It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hazel Burnetta B. Chapman (Upper Marlboro, Maryland), who passed away on January 26, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Chapman and Olga Chapman (Haynes). She is survived by: her daughters, Rochelle Hamilton (Errol) and Kristen Chapman; her grandchildren, Andrew and Astrid Wilson; and her siblings, Yvonne Moore, Lawrence Chapman (Claire), Desiree Chapman and Mazine Lofton (Timothy). She is also survived by Twenty-eight nieces and nephews, numerous great nieces and great nephews, and a host of treasured cousins, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting tribute donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
