It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florice M. Neal of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, who passed away on November 22, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Verlon Neal (Rochelle) and Jami M. Neal; and her sister Clementine Davis. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
