He was predeceased by: his parents, Leona May Williams (Bivins) and Hillary Tipton Williams. He is survived by: his children, Richard (Bud), Helen, Ellen and Sharon; his aunt Lamai Thamthieng; his children, Diana Williams, Douglas and Lamai; his wife Lamai; and his grandsons, Avery and Preston.
