She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Percy Allen Hall and Dorothy Aminett Boswell; her grandmother Gigi; her husband Paul Timothy Windsor, Sr. of Upper Marlboro, MD; her children, Paul Timothy Windsor, Jr. of Upper Marlboro, MD, Joseph Arnold Windsor of Upper Marlboro, Daniel Edward Windsor of Upper Marlboro and Veronica Lee Thompson of Upper Marlboro, MD; her grandchildren, Mary Anne Windsor, Joseph Arnold Windsor Jr., Melissa Aminett Thompson, Jennifer Theresa DeVaughn, John Paul Windsor and Melanie Ronny-Ann Cochran; her great grandchildren, Steven James Thompson, Parker Lee Bates and Levi Joseph DeVaughan; her granddaughter Danielle Leigh Windsor; and her brother Charles.
