We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2022, at the age of 82, Charles Perry Arnold Jr. of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, born in Akron, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Mains and Charles P. Arnold, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Schuster; his stepbrother Edward Mains (Pam); his children, Amy E. Mensing (Michael), Bethany A. Dewey (Bryan), Charles P. Arnold and Michael W. Arnold; and his grandchildren, Ryan Mensing, Katy Dolinar, Rachel Mensing and Jacob Dewey. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
