It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene (Jones) Carroll of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, who passed away on November 30, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Corrie Jones, Glenwood Thomas and Michelle Foster. She is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
