With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Stover Hickey-Ruth (Union Bridge, Maryland), born in New Midway, Maryland, who passed away on December 19, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond R. Sr. Stover and Florence Virginia Hoover Stover. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Colbert (Butch) of Hampstead, NC and Michael C. Hickey Sr. of Taneytown; her grandchildren, Amanda Miller (Phil) of Hampstead, NC and Michael C. Hickey Jr. of Union Bridge; her great grandchildren, Danica, Dylan, Dominic Miller and Asher Hickey; her siblings, Barbara Claar (Emmert) of Woodsboro and Raymond R. Stover Jr. of Hagerstown; her stepgranddaughter Kelly Daughtrey (Keith); and also Nicholas of Taneytown.
