It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Elaine Gavlin (Union Bridge, Maryland), who passed away on October 21, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Green and Esther Green; her husband Robert Gavlin; her siblings, Malcolm Green (Fran) and Joyce Day; and her brother-in-law Bill Day.

She is survived by: her nieces, Denise Green and Katherine Poole; and her nephew Christopher Green.
