Garber; her sons, T. Dwayne Garber (Peggy) of Taneytown and Chad E. Garber (Angie Speak) of Taneytown; her grandchildren, Kyle Garber of Hanover, PA, Courtney Garber of Mt. Airy and Taylor Cotingame (Austin) of Westminster; and her siblings, Robert Tregoning (Patricia) of South Carolina and April Grafftin (Mike) of Greencastle, PA..
