It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert L. Devilbiss (Union Bridge, Maryland), born in Taneytown, Maryland, who passed away on May 20, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrle Devilbiss and Dorothy Dutrow Devilbiss; and his brother William Devilbiss. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Hess Devilbiss; and his children, Matt Devilbiss (Chelsi) and Amy Devilbiss. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
