She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence O. Poulton and Delaney Poulton; her foster parents, William T. Sidell and Dessie Thomas Sidell; her husband Cloyd Amos; her stepfather Edward Dulaney; and her siblings, James Poulton, Zane Dulaney, Norma Martin and Wanama Roberts.
She is survived by: her daughters, Margaret A. "Peggy" Hunter of Union Bridge, MD and Rebecca S. Dietzler of Elkader, Iowa; and her siblings, Charles Dulaney of Colliers and Geneva McCarthey of Miami, Florida. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
