Smith of Union Bridge, Maryland, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on October 31, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Patrick and Pauline B. Bridges Schneider; and her siblings, Dawn Peacock, Allen, Rodger and Frank Schneider.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Smith; her children, Jack Smith (Carla) of Beaufort, SC, Valerie Thrasher (David) of Union Bridge and Beth Hargett (Rick) of Brunswick; her grandchildren, Joseph Smith, Mike Cannon, Justin, Cory, Matthew Hargett, Grace Wiles and Sophia Hargett; and her siblings, Paralee Hayward, Janeen Schneider, Lorelei Schild, Loralynne Schneider, Pamela Snyder, Jack Schneider and Lonyta Varner. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
