She is survived by: her husband Carl Edward Frazier; her children, David, Lindsey Frazier and Temple (James Heaney); her grandchildren, Jesse, Jeremy Frazier, Chandler, London, Sierra and Paris Heaney; her great grandchildren, Brandon, Ethan, Serenity and D'shay; and her pet Muffin.
