He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Levi Bloom and Mary Caroline Dodrer Bloom; his children, Kenneth Bloom Jr. and Michelle Bloom; his siblings, Carolyn Bloom, Ina Rae Glenn, Kay Chaloupek, Richard and James Bloom; and his son-in-law James Wetzel.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Turner, Melissa Burns (Scott), Charles Fogle (Ellie), Susan Wetzel and Dale Bloom (Stephanie Scholl); and his siblings, Carl Bloom, Sharon Dull and Calvin Bloom. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
