He was predeceased by: his parents, George Washington Keeney and Lillian May Keeney; his wife Patricia Ann Leister Keeney; and his siblings, Edna, George, Bill, Katherine, Helen, Gladys, Pauline and Elmer "Sug".
He is survived by: his children, Steven Keeney (Cheryl) of Union Bridge, Daniel Keeney (Alice) of Sharpsburg and Barbara Stone (Michael) of Manchester; his grandchildren, Stephanie Keeney, Charles Keeney (Ashley), Tyler and Avery Stone; and his great grandchildren, Lucy, Carson and Tucker Keeney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
