With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Rowe Hillary of Union Bridge, Maryland, born in Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on December 3, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph P. Coleman, Sr. and Geraldine A. Coleman (Grossnickle); and her husbands, William M. Rowe and Leroy Hillary. She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Dykhoff (Travis); her grandsons, Easton and Beckett; and her brothers, Joseph P. Coleman, Jr. (Judy) and John A. Coleman, Sr.. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and great nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, her family would like donations to be made in Joanne's memory to the Uniontown United Methodist Church and mailed to the above address.
