He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Moffatt and Nellie Moffatt (Warnick); his siblings, Richard "Dick" Moffatt and Elaine Nightingale (Moffatt); and his daughter Susan O'Neill (Moffatt).
He is survived by: his wife Barbra Moffatt (Nicodemus); his son Jeffrey; his daughter-in-law Barbetta Moffatt; his grandchildren, Jesse Moffatt, Jessica Staub, Peter Moffatt, David Moffatt and Ava Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Starner and Landyn Staub. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Linganore United Methodist Church Scholarship Fund or to the college scholarship fund of your choice.
