He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Otto and Brenda Proctor; and his brother John Proctor. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Brewer; his friend Class; his son Kenn; his grandchildren, Elliana Grace, Evelina Rose, Gideon Michael and Patricia Bradley; his cousins, Dr. Robert Morcock (Libby), Nancy Witt and Marietta; and his brother James Edward.
