He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Keeney Sr. and Lillian May Stern Keeney; his wife Kathy L. Black Keeney; and his siblings, Bill, Katherine, Helen, Gladys, Pauline and Elmer "Sug".
He is survived by: his children, George W. Keeney III (Amy) of Westminster, Ryan D. Keeney of Fairfield, PA and Kathy "Kricket" Hahn of New Oxford, PA; his grandchildren, Shane Haley, Steven Keeney, Kaden Keeney, Jordan, James Hahn, Kiyra Keeney, Lillian Hahn, Alexis Jackson and Brian James; and his siblings, Edna "Dickie" Harrison of Frederick and John Keeney of Union Bridge. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
