With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Lee Buckingham of Union Bridge, Maryland, born in Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on October 11, 2022 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Oscar Buckingham and Ruth E. Wolfe Franklin; and his siblings, Oscar "Sonny" Buckingham and Thelma Corrine Buckingham. He is survived by: his children, Jessica L. Sartain of Sykesville and Bryan S. Buckingham of Westminster; and his sisters, Constance Weller (Bob) of Taneytown, Linda Eicholtz of New Windsor, Peggy Mester-Harris (Brad) of New Windsor, Vivian Overholtzer of Libertytown and Judy Arnold (Tom) of Woodsboro. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
