He is survived by: his siblings, Marvin Hoy of Frederick and Martha Reid of Towson; his niece Karen Miller of Union Bridge; his great-niece Robin Bloom; his nieces and nephews, Andrea Wilson (Donald), Joyce Fritz, Debbie Norris (Wally), Nancy Caspari (William), Steven Reid (Diane), Greg Reid (Janet), Larry Hoy (Dawn), Jack Crawmer (Sabrina) and Craig Crawmer (Jo-Ann); and also Carter Bloom (Paige).
