He was predeceased by: his parents, David Grossnickle and Cleo "Hessie" Grossnickle; and his close friend Shirley. He is survived by: his brother Mike (Donna); his children, Pam, James Tressler, Donna Ernst, Bret and Dawn Grossnickle; his grandchildren, Aaron, Jennifer Tressler, Chad, Angela Tressler, Tarah, Mark Casagrande, Logan Grossnickle, Mason and Monica Grossnickle; his great grandchildren, Noah, Lily, Wyatt, Zachary, Joshua, Ryan Tressler and MJ Casagrande; and his pet Jasmine.
Donations may be made to one of Butch's favorite charities, Union Bridge Church of the Brethren or St. Judes Children's Hospital.
