She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Fleming and Mary Belle Pickett Fleming; and her siblings, Helen Knight, Ernest E., Lawrence O., Norman F., Howard A. and Wallace Fleming.

She is survived by: her husband Samuel T. Conrad; her children, Melissa Artz of Harrisburg, PA, Rodney E. Conrad (Jennifer) of Finksburg and Nathan S. Conrad of Pasadena; her grandchildren, Eleanor, Samuel, Jack Conrad, Abigail, Jacob, Olivia and Hannah Artz; and her sisters, Mary Louise Ruby of Arizona and Cordelia Mullinix of Georgia.
