She is survived by: her parent Isabel Fidelia Forster (Bigler); her husband Jack Sergeant; her children, Ruth Foley Riley (James Michael Riley), Airy Md, Kathleen Foley Schirling, Boynton Beach and John Joseph Foley; her grandchildren, Kathleen Riley Peterson (David Andrew), Jennifer Kerrie Schirling Siegel, Boca Raton, Caitlin Foley Milhimes (Pete Milhimes) of Littlestown, Nicholas Jay Foley, Christopher John Schirling, Boynton Beach, Kevin McMaster Riley and Andrew Foley Riley; her sibling Phyllis Forster Cardwell of Baltimore Md; and also Air Force Sergeant.
