She was predeceased by: her husband James E. Moffatt; her daughter Susan A. O'Neill (Moffatt); her parents, Irma C. Nicodemus (Sweadner) and Isaac E. Nicodemus; and her brother Edgar L. Nicodemus.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey; her daughter-in-law Barbetta Moffatt of Hanover, PA; her grandchildren, Ava Johnson of Charleston, SC, Jesse Moffatt of Hanover, PA, Jessica Staub of Hanover, PA, Peter Moffatt of Hanover, PA and David Moffatt of Hanover, PA; and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Starner and Landyn Staub of Hanover, PA. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
