He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Mickey and Helen Astin Mickey; and his brother Dan Mickey. He is survived by: his wife Janet "Jan" Smith Mickey; his children, Lindsay Mickey and Ryan Mickey; and his brother Don Mickey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
