He was predeceased by: his parents, S. Herman Saylor and Beatrice Marie Deihl Saylor; his brother-in-law Garry D. "Buck" Biddinger; and his parents-in-law, Earl D. "Tootie" and Geraldine Estelle "Jerry" Biddinger.
He is survived by: his wife Judy E. Biddinger Saylor; his sons, Brian (Sandy) of Johnsville and Brandon (Karen) of Woodsboro; and his sisters-in-law, Glenda (Ray Lepore) of Johnsville and Becky Biddinger of Hagerstown. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
