He is survived by: his wife Kaye Tall; his children, Kim Betts of Hurlock, Frances Willey of Trappe and Leonard Tall of Arizona; his grandsons, Derek Edge (Heather), Darren Edge and Brandon Willey; his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Blaine, Colby, Kristen, Keith and Klynn; his brother Herbert Tall, Jr. (JoAnn) of Cambridge; and his nieces, Teri Love, Donna Prahl and Ryan Foster.
