He is survived by: his wife Delores; his daughter Linthcum (Charles) of Wilmington, DE; his grandchildren, Dominic of Wilmington, DE and Shantel Stubbs of Wilmington, DE; his great grandchildren, Dominique, Julianne and Zion; his stepdaughter Josee Tunnell; his stepgrandchildren, Kelsey of Philadelphia and Terry Taylor of Baltimore; his brother Clarence Vaughn (Ruth) of Havre; his sister-in-law Christine Wingate of Cambridge, MD; his niece Sheri Wingate of Glen Burnie, MD; and his cousin Jean Miller. He is also survived by many cousins, in-laws and friends.
