With solemn reverence, we commemorate Margaret Eunice Knauer of Trappe, Maryland, born in Bridgeville, Delaware, whose life came to an end on November 12, 2024 at the age of 92, leaving behind cherished memories. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Friedel and Sarah Condon Friedel; her husband Irvin Carl Knauer, Jr.; her son Irvin Carl Knauer III (Butch); her grandson John Andrew Windsor; her son-in-law Carlton Windsor; and her siblings, Jane Stevenson, Carol Todd and Kenneth Friedel.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Ann Windsor, Jean Ann Frampton, Lou Diefenderfer (Sonny) and Patti K. DeWitt (Bob); and her siblings, Jacob Friedel, Clarence Friedel and Ruby Katcher. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Upper Bambury Cemetery.
