She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Orem Slaughter and Ernestine Webb Slaughter; and her siblings, James Slaughter and D. Estelle Slaughter. She is survived by: her sister Ida S. Hickman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
