He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton M. Windsor, Sr. and Edna Todd Windsor; and his son John Andrew Windsor. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Windsor of Trappe; his children, Carlton Windsor III of Trappe and Carroll Todd Windsor (Roxanne) of Cambridge, MD; his grandsons, Hudson Windsor, Dylan Windsor and Devin Windsor; and his sister Judith W. Martin (William) of Sioux Falls. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
