He is survived by: his wife Betty Catterton; his children, Julie (John), Rusty and Beth (Craig); his grandchildren, Justin (Emily), Brittany (Mike), Robert (Barbara), Levi (Kayla) and Lauren; and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Amelia, Hailey, James, Dylan and Mark.
