He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Joseph and Florence Josephine Miller (Owen); and his siblings, Mary Raymond and Steven Miller, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Miller of Tracy's Landing; his children, April Ladd of West River, Tracy Daily (Mike) of Owings and Joseph Miller, Jr. (Melissa) of North Beach; and his sister Martha Johnson of Virginia Beach. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.
