With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William L. Ruppersberger (Towson, Maryland), who passed away on October 2, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Marianne Karlowa Ruppersberger; and his siblings, Marjorie R. Wharton and John D. Ruppersberger Jr. (Ozella). He is survived by: his children, Ann R. Eldridge (Gary A. Clarke) and William L. Ruppersberger Jr. (Melinda); his grandchildren, Amelia A., David B. Eldridge (Angela), Laura M., Julie A. and William D. Ruppersberger; and his great grandchild Penelope Ann Eldridge. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
