He was predeceased by: his sibling Baby Brother Sisk. He is survived by: his wife Susan A. Sisk; his children, Anne Fallon Skipper (Greg) and Greg Allan Leftwich; his grandchildren, Ellie and Chase Skipper; and his brothers, Michael Sisk (Grace), Patrick Sisk (Rita), Kevin Sisk (Mary) and Sean Sisk (Rhonda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; also survived by numerous cousins and other loving family and friends.
