He was predeceased by: his mother Jane Hoen Holter; and his sibling-in-law Jan S. Parker. He is survived by: his wife Ann "Boo" Blucher; his daughters, Brindell Leigh Zink (Tom) and Jacqueline Blucher Ariosa (Adam); his grandchildren, Tommy, Arden, Leighton Zink, Ellie and Whit Ariosa; and his sisters, Deborah B. Irvin (late Thomas) and Pamela B. Knott (Henry A.).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Tim's name may be made to the National Park Service and mailed to Superintendent, Hampton National Historic Site, 535 Hampton Lane, Towson, MD 21286.
